About Us
Mandi Baughman Montgomery
Mandi is an Exeter native, former level 10 and Brown University gymnast, and has been coaching gymnastics for 17 years. After working for a decade in Bermuda and Virginia, Mandi returned to her home state and began a mobile gymnastics program at The Exeter Day School...the very beginning of what is now Wee Flip! While gymnastics is her lifelong passion, she enjoys traveling, skiing, yoga, and copious amounts of chocolate; preferably in the company of her son, Logan, her husband, Eric, and Eric's daughter, Isabel.
Molly Newbury
Molly was born and raised in NH, competing as an elite gymnast and UNH Wildcat. She has coached gymnastics for over 12 years, including in Bermuda and at Atlantic Gymnastics in Portsmouth. She partnered with Mandi in 2023 to create Wee Flip and currently coaches the program at ChildsPlace in Hampton Falls. To further her passion for fitness, Molly earned her personal training certification in 2020. In her free time she loves hiking, DIY projects, baking, and dancing to a good live band! Most of all she treasures quality time spent with her little girl, Josie.
Our Story
After graduating from college, Molly and Mandi followed the same path: they answered job ads seeking coaches for the Bermuda Gymnastics Association (yes, please!). Upon arriving they became fast friends: coaching together, riding mopeds, and even discovering their shared birthday! Mandi and Molly were both inspired by the mobile preschool program run by the Bermuda Gymnastics Association and knew that it could be a big hit back home in New Hampshire. Fast forward 10 years, and here they are, both in Exeter raising their children, embracing their friendship, and sharing their love of gymnastics with the community.
